As I mentioned on Friday, we discovered a new challenge as we moved Amore from Cooper River Marina to Patriots Point Marina. The method of docking required rethinking on how we conducted and managed our docking (departure and arrival). After 3-4 experimental exercises, we believe we have a safe and effective docking procedure. Constantine Post, Andy Harrison, and Kyle Heck were instrumental in achieving a sound docking process. Of course recognition also goes to Bob Heck, Bob Webb, & Thom Harrison for making this a very successful training session today. I'm sure this will generate some very good discussion for the Tuesday evening meeting.

Thanks to all of you for your dedication in laying the foundation for a sailing program that will benefit not only the current Sea Scout members, but also those that will follow.
